I need help re how to assemble the piece parts. I purchased a large light at artisan show, Dulles Expo, Chantilly ,VA. Which way do I pass the cord through the wood base? Also, I realize I need to compress the spring lock against the cord as I thread it through the wood base. Does the srping lock go up inside the salt block and press outwards inside the salt block? The hole in the wood base does not seem large enough in diameter to pass the cord plus the spring lock. I am lost! please send detail instructions for assembly.
